What is the minimum hours of service?

At MADESA we have no minimum hours required because it’s all about our clients. We offer as much service that is needed within the hour(s) contracted.

What is the minimum notice required for care to begin?

We can open your case the day you need the service however, at least 24-hour notice is advised to enable appropriate care plan and directives.

What makes MADESA unique?

We do not employ caregivers simply because they have licenses, but because we discover them to be compassionate caregivers with track record, 70% of our employees are strictly solicited.

How are the Caregivers selected?

After passing our various tests which focus on the satisfaction of our clients, Caregivers are background-checked, screened, bonded and licensed to ensure they are qualified. All employees are interviewed to validate their expertise and are required to have at least 12 months experience in senior care.

What are the duties of the Caregiver? 

Our givers comprise of Home Care Aides (HCA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), who assist with activities of daily living like bathing, dressing, toileting, ambulation and medication reminders. They can also help with light housekeeping, cooking, pet care, transportation and most importantly offer companionship.  Our Restorative Nursing Assistants (RNA) help clients with exercises like range of motion.
